Academy Fire Life Safety is seeking a District Relationship Specialist!
We are looking for driven, professional team members who excel at delivering exceptional customer service to our vendor, district, and client networks. If you're motivated, a strong communicator, and eager to grow your career, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Review and dispatch monthly preventative maintenance work orders.
Manage district preventative maintenance work order volume throughout the month.
Update internal notes and inspection schedules.
Follow up on scheduled work orders to confirm completion or obtain status updates.
Prepare and submit updates to internal national account teams.
Identify and escalate issues related to districts or client locations to the appropriate national account teams.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with technicians, districts, and client locations.
Document and track district work order rejections; communicate trends to the District Relations Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal vendor network.
Qualifications
2-5 years of customer service experience.
Associate or bachelor's degree.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Ability to analyze data.
Strong relationship-building ability.

Experience in national facilities maintenance is a plus.
This is an in-office position located in Lynbrook, New York.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
