Carpenter JourneymanJob Category: Architectural Requisition Number: CARPE001282Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Location: Texas Taylor, TX, USAJob DetailsJob DutiesPerform a variety of tasks involving the use of hand toolsRead and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and sketchesComplete tasks such as, but not limited to, concrete forms and braces, handrails, stairsPrepare layoutPerform skilled carpentry work such as repairing and constructing all aspects of architectural buildingConstruct, erect, install, and repair structuresWood and metal stud framing.Operate a variety of hand and power tools and shop machinery in conjunction with properReceive materials and offload in a safe and proficientAssist the superintendent in performing dutiesPrepare surfaces for paint and otherOperate company vehicles, forklifts, and aerial lifts in conjunction with properOther job duties as assignedEmployee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays.
