Say farewell to winter and bask in year-round sunshine in Tucson!Position HighlightsBecome part of a well-established and busy OBGYN team consisting of 8 OBGYNs and 5 Nurse Practitioners.Engage in a practice dedicated entirely to women's health, addressing both obstetric and gynecological needs.Full-time role with 36 hours dedicated to patient care and 4 hours reserved for administrative tasks.No on-call duties, evening shifts, or weekend hours required.Once fully onboarded, providers typically manage around 25 patients daily.Work alongside a fully licensed medical team and supportive staff.Prior experience in women's health (as either an RN or NP) is mandatory.Compensation and BenefitsAttractive salary with opportunities for quarterly productivity bonuses.Reimbursement for Continuing Medical Education (CME).Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with matching contributions.Short- and long-term disability coverage, along with company-paid life insurance.Malpractice insurance covered by the organization.A supportive and appreciative workplace culture.RequirementsNational Nurse Practitioner certification or the ability to obtain it.Active, unrestricted licensure in Arizona or the ability to secure it.Current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or the ability to acquire them.Skilled in patient assessment and treatment plan development.Effective communication skills with patients, team members, and management.Ability to make informed care decisions based on best medical practices independently.Preferred: One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner.About UsOur organization is affiliated with the largest physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network in the country, comprising over 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers across 17 states and Washington D.C.
