Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Commercial HVAC/R Service TechnicianWhite Mechanical is looking to hire a HVAC/R Service Technician to join our Commercial division! Service Technicians perform service, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC & refrigeration systems. Service Technicians are issued an all expenses paid company vehicle with advanced company tooling. Installation experience is a plus! Qualified service technicians can expect to earn between $30-50/hr. depending on experience. Responsibilities: Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency/service maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Must be able to use an iPad for payment and processing with consumers Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC/R or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without a reasonable accommodation 5-7+ years of HVAC/R service experience required for Journeyman positions EPA Universal NATE Core strongly preferred Perks: Pay: $30-50/hr. depending on experience 401k with profit sharing, medical/dental/vision insurance (company pays 80% of medical premium), vacation time, sick time, life insurance, & paid training/certifications Company-issued truck, iPhone, iPad, and advanced tooling provided Commercial Service Technicians work remote with flexible locations all over Southern California; dispatched directly to jobs from home!
