Job Title: Facilitator for Southwest Colorado Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program (CFLRP) - I-2-I Solutions, Inc. Location: Durango, Colorado (Greater Durango Area) Company: I-2-I Solutions, Inc. Job Type: Contract (1 Year, with possibility of extension) Job Summary: I-2-I Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled facilitator to support the Southwest Colorado Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program (CFLRP) governance group. The facilitator will play a key role in organizing, facilitating, and documenting meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making among the various committees and stakeholders involved in the CFLRP. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate monthly Coordinating Council meetings (approx. 2 hours each). Facilitate monthly subcommittee meetings (Projects and Places, Science and Monitoring, others) (approx. 2 hours each). Facilitate ad hoc meetings as needed (approx. 2 hours each). Lead two Full Stakeholder meetings annually (6-8 hours each). Meeting Preparation & Documentation: Develop meeting agendas in collaboration with committee chairs. Arrange and announce meeting dates, ensuring all meetings are scheduled and communicated in a timely manner. Set up and moderate both online and in-person meetings, including hybrid-style meetings. Ensure meeting notes, decisions, and action items are accurately captured and shared with relevant stakeholders. Conflict Resolution & Collaboration: Employ existing and develop new rules of discussion to guide meetings. Encourage participation from all members, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected. Manage conflicts and facilitate interest-based discussions to achieve collaborative outcomes. Hold working groups and individuals accountable for their contributions in and between meetings. Communication & Coordination: Work closely with the Communications Subcommittee to ensure meeting documentation is uploaded to the CFLRP website or other web-based platforms. Ensure that tangible outcomes are produced in accordance with deadlines set by the group. Required Qualifications: Minimum five years of facilitation or mediation experience. Professional training in facilitation and mediation. Proven experience in managing large, diverse groups, particularly those engaged in challenging and potentially conflictual topics. Expertise in natural resources, forestry, or watershed initiatives, with specific experience in CFLRP or similar programs. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and effective meeting agendas and documentation. Familiarity with NEPA processes and innovative collaborative process methodologies. Experience with the latest communication tools and digital platforms. Ability to maintain neutrality and manage conflicts to ensure collaborative outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Locally or regionally based within the greater Durango area. Experience with place-based collaborative initiatives. Travel: The facilitator will be responsible for travel to and from all meetings held in the greater Durango area.
