This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Colorado required.Specific Job Responsibilities:- Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.- Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.- Develop and grow client relations.Experience:- Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes- Colorado barred for 8+ years- 5+ years’ experience in Creditors’ RightsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Exercise a high-degree of professionalism xaygatp - Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondenceRequired Education and Training- Bachelor’s Degree required- J.D. from an accredited law school- Membership in the Colorado Bar
