Packaging Operator

Overview We are seeking a Packaging Operator to join our team. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure the efficient production of goods. Duties - Operate packaging machinery in compliance with company standards and procedures - Monitor the packaging process to ensure quality and efficiency - Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment - Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all packaging operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills - Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) - Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery - Experience in warehouse operations - Familiarity with logic controllers for equipment operation - Ability to fabricate, assemble, and package products accurately - Proficiency in using forklifts and hand tools - Understanding of FDA regulations related to packaging processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Pharmaceutical: 1 year (Preferred) Batch Record Documentation: 1 year (Preferred) Packaging: 1 year (Preferred) CGMP: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Fall River, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
