100% REMOTEWe are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic and client-focused practice. The role will focus on high-impact matters including divorce, child custody, support, and related family law proceedings.Job Title: Family Law AttorneySalary: $150,000 – $180,000 (DOE)Location: 100% Remote (Oak Brook, IL base)Key ResponsibilitiesManage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, court appearances, and negotiationsHandle matters involving divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and marital agreements; maintain direct client interaction and case strategyQualifications3+ years of family law experience with strong exposure to divorce, custody, and support mattersSolid litigation experience, strong knowledge of civil procedure, and ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environmentSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000 annually].
