Senior Product Manager & Owner Job DescriptionOverviewWe're a health innovative startup founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to integrative health. Our mission is to increase access to these services to support individuals on their life-long journey of health and wellbeing.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager & Owner who can drive the conception of our various software products, their detailed design, implementation, and continuous improvement over time. Working closely with our customers, partners and founders, you will be responsible for the delivery of amazing software integrated into our overall offerings.The Challenge This role starts with driving the conception of the applications we’re building and follows through to encompass designing and managing the development of those applications. . We are looking for someone who can develop a conceptual approach that is more engaging and sophisticated than simply building a "database browser" with a left-hand nav. We need a leader to define the soul of the product and bring together various products in a human way.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership: Hire and work with visual designers to create visual elements.Dev Team Coordination: Manage the day-to-day operations of the product team. Lifecycle Management: Manage the ongoing development of all software after first launch, including new versions and problem-area resolution.Product Ideation: Develop the conceptual model of each product to present an experience that customers find immediately appealing, among other requirements.Customer Research: Engage in continuous research with customers and partners for insight into their needs.Product Requirement Documents: Create detailed PRDs, wireframes, and prototypes that the software development team can use for building.Positioning: Work closely with the executive team and other disciplines in the company to understand the competitive position and near-term and long-term positioning goals.Product Discipline: We are a creative team that leans into AI tools to prototype, ideate, test. We aren't looking for someone who just "uses" AI (we already do that); we want someone at the edge of these tools who can introduce rigorous product discipline into workflows supported by AI.Agentic Building: You think in systems. You know how to build repeatable, automated processes that allow a small team to produce the output of a much larger organization.Rapid Prototyping: You use AI to close the gap between an idea and a high-fidelity prototype. You move fast, but you are grounded in the "why"—ensuring that speed doesn't come at the cost of product integrity.Specific Skills & Experience10+ years of experience, hands-on experience at an early-stage startup (0 to 1), ideally venture-backed in the last 3 years. Collaborative and able to play an IC role.Thinks in systems and how to build repeatable automated processes.Moves fast but grounded in why and building with integrity. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.Know how to translate ideas into clear product systems. Strong ability to prioritize features to deliver commercial value.Enjoy working closely with both engineers and usersHave good UX design skills and user empathyProven experience with web-based and mobile software development.Strong ability to drive the conception of an application, ensuring it is more than just a functional tool.Experience leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through implementation and post-launch improvement.Ability to translate customer needs into actionable PRDs and prototypes.Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about building from scratch and shaping a product from the ground up.
