Account Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services.Key Responsibilities· Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a strong sales and revenue focus.· Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling IT services and staffing solutions).· Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities in the IT consulting space.· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.· Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.· Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.· Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts.· Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.· Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.Required Qualifications· 5+ years of sales/account management experience in IT consulting or IT staffing companies.· Strong track record of revenue generation and account growth.· Experience handling US clients and understanding of consulting sales cycles.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.· Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.Preferred Qualifications· Experience working with US-based clients.· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
