Quality Production Assistant
QA Associate The QA Associate is responsible for supporting quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This position performs inspections, documentation review, testing support, and compliance monitoring within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to workplace safety and product quality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify defects, nonconforming materials, and quality concerns Assist with investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Follow SOPs, GMPs, and company quality standards Support audits and compliance activities Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with calibration, testing, and validation activities as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous QA, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to read and follow written procedures Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35–50 pounds with assistance if needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment Preferred Skills: Experience in medical device, industrial, or manufacturing environments Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or quality systems Inspection and measurement tool experience Schedule: Full-time Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs Benefits May Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Training and advancement opportunities
