POSITION TITLEProject Leader – IT InfrastructurePosition SummaryIn this position, you will support infrastructure-related projects and provide technical support to clients at a globally operating IT services organization. Working under the direction of a project manager, the role is focused on ensuring stable IT infrastructure operations and contributing to the improvement of overall service quality.Responsibilities Provide direct infrastructure support and respond to client issues Perform on-site technical work at data centers or client locations Support infrastructure projects in coordination with project managers and external vendors Troubleshoot incidents, analyze trends, and propose preventive solutions Investigate security events and vulnerabilities in collaboration with internal security teams Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms, virtualized environments, and server infrastructure Knowledge of authentication systems, monitoring tools, and security operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Basic Japanese language skills to support coordination with overseas teams Preffered QualificationsPossession of certifications related to cloud, security, and IT service management (e.g., AWS, Microsoft 365, security certifications, ITIL, PMP, etc.)LOCATION New York, NYWORK STYLE Hybrid, 2 days in officeSALARY USD70,000-100,000BenefitsBENEFITS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and othersOTHERS No visa support available#countryUS
