Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity - Respond to emergencies and security incidents in a timely and efficient manner - Enforce property regulations and guidelines to maintain order and safety - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries - Complete detailed reports documenting security incidents and activities Skills: - Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively - CPR certification to provide immediate assistance in case of medical emergencies - Proficient in surveillance techniques to monitor activities on the premises - Ability to militarise security protocols as needed to ensure safety - Possess a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one - Knowledge of first aid procedures to administer basic medical assistance - Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations - Experience in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damages - Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for monitoring purposes Joining our team as a Security Guard offers the opportunity to contribute to a secure environment while developing valuable skills in security management.
