Packaging Associate

*Overview* *About Us: * We are a mid-sized commercial bakery known for producing high-quality baked goods with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and food safety. As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Packaging & Assembly Line Associate to join our production assembly team. *Job Summary * The Packaging & Assembly Line Associate is responsible for packing finished baked goods including donuts, cookies, cupcakes, and other bakery products in accordance with company standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity and preparing items for timely delivery to our customers. This is an onsite position and may require some weekend/holiday hours. *Key Responsibilities* Pack baked goods into boxes, trays, or containers according to product specifications. Icing donuts. Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging. Label and seal packages accurately. Keep packaging area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Follow safety and food handling guidelines at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Pallet assembly and pallet jack work. Help palletize boxes accurately and efficiently. *Qualifications* Previous packaging, production, or food handling experience preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to work on repetitive tasks using repetitive motions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
