Field Enablement Specialist
The Field Enablement Specialist is a hybrid role within PagerDuty’s Go to Market (GTM) Enablement team. The position blends data science, instructional design, and operational strategy to build systems, model impact, and scale the knowledge ecosystem through automation and AI innovation.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain sophisticated data models that link enablement activity to hard revenue outcomes such as win rates, ARR, pipeline growth, and deal velocity.
Leverage data science expertise to identify readiness gaps before they impact forecast and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Own the Tableau/Power BI enablement stack, converting Salesforce data into narratives that illustrate field performance and developing leading indicators of sales efficiency.
Identify process bottlenecks and eliminate them using AI agents and LLM-powered tools.
Generate bite‑sized, role‑based learning assets from complex product documentation using generative AI (video, text, interactive simulations).
Architect a field content structure that serves as a single source of truth, delivering just‑in‑time, searchable, modular, AI‑optimized resources.
Rapidly develop high‑quality, multi‑modal content that adheres to adult learning principles and is engaging and modern, when required.
Support the Corporate Communications function in broadcasting field communications through appropriate channels such as Slack, email, video, and town‑hall meetings.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Biz Ops, and Sales Ops to synchronize enablement initiatives with the broader business calendar.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years in a high‑growth Enablement, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops function.
Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation; mastery of Tableau or Power BI.
Deep experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Docebo.
Demonstrated ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for prompt engineering, content automation, and process efficiency.
Exceptional writing and visual design skills; ability to transform detailed product briefs into concise, engaging content.
Highly organized with experience using Asana, Monday.com, or Jira to manage overlapping workstreams.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, but no more than 20% of work days annually.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building Knowledge Graphs or advanced content tagging schemas for enterprise‑scale organizations.
Familiarity with Value Selling, MEDDPICC, and Reverse Close Plans.
Experience with Figma, Canva, or Synthesia for rapid visual communication.

Salary and Benefits
Base salary range: $75,000 – $125,400 USD. Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
