This position is responsible for helping maintain customer locations through strong attention to detail, cleanliness, product support, and preventative maintenance.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking pride in keeping locations clean, stocked, and operating properly. The Attendant will play an important role in supporting overall service excellence by managing inventory, condiments, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and other assigned duties across the assigned territory.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited ToService customer locations throughout the Lebanon, Springfield, and Campbellsville territoryManage and maintain appropriate inventory levels at assigned locationsReplenish condiments, cups, lids, stir sticks, sweeteners, napkins, and other support supplies as neededClean and sanitize equipment, service areas, and surrounding spaces to maintain company standardsPerform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as assignedIdentify and report equipment, service, or product issues to leadership in a timely mannerSupport the overall appearance, cleanliness, and organization of each locationFollow company procedures for product handling, sanitation, and workplace safetyAssist with additional service-related duties as assigned by managementProvide friendly, professional service while representing Five Star Breaktime Solutions at customer locationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious service, route, stocking, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay organized and manage assigned territory effectivelyMechanical aptitude or basic maintenance experience is a plusMust be able to lift 50 pounds or more on a repetitive basisMust be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredWhat We OfferPaid Vacation after 6 monthsSeven Paid Holidays per yearMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) Matching ProgramOpportunities for Growth and AdvancementPaid TrainingEmployee Referral BonusesWhy Join Five Star?At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, our team members are the face of our company.
