Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable function. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and brings strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals, accuracy, and codingPerform timely AP data entry and postingPrepare weekly payment schedules and print checksGenerate daily AP aging reportsRequest vendor statements at month‑end to ensure all invoices are capturedCreate monthly AP accrual and AP estimate files for unreceived invoicesPrepare monthly journal entries for sales commissions, sales allowances, and royaltiesSupport the Finance team during month‑end closeSet up new vendors and collect required W‑9s; maintain vendor updatesProcess vendor payments and reconcile AP statementsResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and other AP issuesRespond promptly to vendor and internal inquiriesProvide documentation for internal and external auditsEnsure adherence to internal controls and audit requirementsGenerate periodic AP‑related reports as neededPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or bookkeepingExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Prior experience in high‑volume invoice processing is a strong plusSolid understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, 3‑way match, accruals)Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)Strong record‑keeping and organizational skillsComfortable with office productivity and cloud‑based systemsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasksStrong communication and problem‑solving skillsA collaborative and professional approachWhy Join Us? At Infantino, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven team that’s shaping the future of parenting.
