FT Clinic Role - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description **This role is an hour outside Waco, TX**Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Position Overview:The Full-Time Clinic Provider role is based in a primary care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician. This position supports a steady daily patient volume of approximately 20–30 patients, ensuring consistent, attentive, and efficient care. This is a fully onsite role.Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive patient care in a primary care clinic settingEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditionsCollaborate with supervising physician and clinical teamMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationProvide patient education and promote preventive careEnsure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standardsManage daily patient flow while maintaining quality of careCompensation & Incentives:Hourly rate: $57–$65 per hourAdditional RVU-based bonus structureEstimated total annual compensation: $120,000–$160,000Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a clinical support or primary care settingStrong clinical judgment and patient care skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentExperience with EMR systemsCompany DescriptionFlint Medical Staffing is more than just a staffing agency, we operate with a servants heart.
