Employee ownership, generous 401k, full health/dental/life/vision insurance benefits, interesting assignments, educational reimbursement, competitive salaries and a pleasant work environment combine to make Radiance Technologies a great place to work and succeed.The Security Specialist WillProvide program security management of classified programs, studies, and pursuitsActs as primary contact for conducting all in-processing, badging, security briefings, security education and training; actively participating in Government security audits and yearly self-inspections across multiple programsProvide prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD form 254's and security guidanceInvestigate security incidents and complete administrative inquiriesServe as an Accountability Officer for all aspects of document controlServe as a member of the security alarm response teamHelp maintain the company Standard Practice and Procedures (SPP) and other security related documentation as needed to include helping to create policyResponsible for implementing the Threat Awareness and Reporting ProgramBe the primary contact for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) reviews and correspondenceEnsure classified contract requirements and procedures are implemented and followedProvide guidance and instructions to ensure any event, circumstance, or act that could be considered a breach of security is reported immediatelyConduct required security trainings, briefings, and debriefingsKeep current with changes in industry requirements and FSO trainingAssure proper marking, safeguarding, and transmission of all classified materialsRequired QualificationsActive Top-Secret clearance5 years of experience working with Federal Government customers7 years’ relevant security experienceKnowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, or other DoD Security DirectivesThe flexibility to willingness to perform across all areas of responsibility: customer and company support, security, and administrativeComfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independentlySolid communication and interpersonal skillsExperience serving as an FSO or in a similar capacity managing all aspects of a DCSA compliant security systemExperience conducting successful inspections with various government customersExperience developing, implementing, and maintaining System Security Procedures (SSPs)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of access control and alarm maintenanceFamiliarity with the Continuous Evaluation ProgramExperience working in teams and leading teamsAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate activities within deadlinesRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
