You'll be responsible for managing production targets, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvements in safety and efficiency. Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience is crucial, and we'll provide rigid box-specific training for candidates without direct experience. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Lead the operation of the rigid box machine to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to boost production and reduce waste Quality Control: Ensure products meet Accel's high standards, and conduct regular line inspections Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train your team for consistent results Safety and Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards Maintenance Coordination: Work with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (printing experience a plus) Proven leadership abilities with experience managing production teams Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with machinery Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Working Conditions: This position requires standing for long periods, moving throughout the facility, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
