DescriptionPermanency Achievement SpecialistLocation: Peoria, IllinoisEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $42,000 / yearDate Posted: 04/21/2026About The RoleThe Permanency Achievement Specialist works to achieve permanency for children in the program in a caring and responsible manner while following all standards and policies. This role involves working closely with children and families to identify the best placement options, educating families on the adoption process, implementing permanency plans, coordinating services, and supporting the social and psychological well-being of participants.
