Speech Pathologist

Language Link Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a partner location in Apopka. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model.Our SLPs work closely with BCBAs, OTR's, RBTs, and caregivers to drive meaningful communication outcomes and ensure strong carryover across all settings.Schedule: 3 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–10, primarily ASD population) Collaborate with OTR's and ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs) Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports) Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelinesWhat Makes This Role Different: Fully built schedule—walk into an active caseload True collaboration Consistency in patients and environment Focus on quality and functional progress Strong administrative and clinical supportRequirementsQualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license Experience with pediatric populations required Experience with ASD strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
