Role Description This is a full-time role for a Specialty Account Manager based in Bayamón/North area. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and clients, managing client accounts, ensuring successful medication delivery and patient adherence, and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner. The role also involves creating and executing strategic account management plans to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Proven skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer serviceAbility to analyze data, create reports, and develop strategic account management plansExcellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in using CRM tools and office productivity softwareUnderstanding of specialty pharmacy or healthcare industry is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, both remotely and on-site
