Visit www.innomarkcom.com to learn more about our work, history, and culture.Job Summary:The Quality Technician position will perform the necessary task outlined in our food quality procedures, ensuring that processes are followed in the GMP and Food Safety area. This position will be a key component working toward accomplishing safe, efficient steps to provide a quality product throughout the Food Safety program.Duties/Responsibilities:Inspection of incoming key components (as required)Perform documented quality approvals and inspectionsExecute testing of product per PQCT or as directedAssist in internal audits (ISO, Safety & Security, Sanitation, HACCP, etc.)Complaint handling - input of information, Customer, Internal and supplierAssist in updating quality proceduresConduct final inspection of finished product to customer /IPS quality specificationsRecord and file inspection resultsGive feedback to operators as necessaryPull, monitor, and file customer, retains and samples for specific retention periodsAssist in job jacket closing as requested or requiredAssist with Root Cause Analysis of Internal or External complaints when requiredInspect pallets of product for compliance with label and packing requirementsProvide COC/COA and verify labeling and quantities are correctPromote Safety, Quality, and increased productivity in all areas of the companyGive appropriate feedback to operators, project managers and supervisionPerform calibration of test, inspection, and measurement devicesAssist in Mock Recalls and collecting of informationProvide training on instructions, procedures, and policies with required signoffSpecial projects as requestedAssist the Quality Manager, or Plant Management as requestedResponsible for assuring (and enforcing when needed) compliance to quality procedures and instructions.Required Skills/Abilities:Must have comprehensive knowledge of the printing industry.Ability to lead and direct the activities of a diverse group of employees.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Must have basic math skills.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Benefits Start Day 1Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(K) MatchingPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffFlexible Spending Account
