Our clients want to be represented by the best and the brightest!Passion and understanding for the causeProduct knowledge to answer questionsWeekly meetings with out marketing department to report feedback/suggest changesEntering KPI's every night for market researchTraveling to potential new markets for expansion opportunitiesVisiting partnering offices to network and exchange best practicesCommunication Assistant RequirementsInterpersonal skills (already developed or a desire to develop them)Teamwork (anywhere from 3-10 people per team)OrganizationProfessionalism both in the office and at events1-2 years either sales/customer service/marketingLeadership experience or qualitiesThe only thing more important to us than our clients is our team.
