This role focuses on creating user-centered digital solutions, improving usability, and delivering seamless customer experiences across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI design experience, expertise in wireframing and prototyping, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate user-centered designs for web, mobile, and app experiencesDevelop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsCollaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholdersImprove usability and customer experience across digital platformsConduct usability testing and apply user-centered design principlesDesign enterprise-scale digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and applicationsTranslate business ideas and requirements into clear design specificationsSupport end-to-end UX processes from concept through implementationContinuously iterate and enhance digital experiences based on feedback and testingContribute to visual design consistency and user interface improvementsQualifications1–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UI/UX DesignerStrong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and digital product design projectsHands-on experience with:UX DesignUI DesignCustomer Experience (CX)Visual DesignExperience creating:WireframesPrototypesHigh-fidelity mockupsStrong understanding of end-to-end digital user experience across:Web platformsMobile applicationsDigital productsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and development partnersUnderstanding of HTML/CSSStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing enterprise-scale digital productsExperience with usability testing and user research methodologiesExperience working in retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing digital platformsExperience with design tools such as:FigmaSketchAdobe XDCompensationCompetitive compensation package – $45/hr. on W2Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
