Salesforce Developer Intern

Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesResolve Salesforce support tickets and assist with day-to-day platform maintenance.Troubleshoot and diagnose Salesforce-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce customizations and enhancements.Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement business solutions.Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.Continuously learn new Salesforce technologies and contribute to team initiatives.QualificationsSkillsBasic understanding of Salesforce administration and development concepts.Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and SOQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.EducationBachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceExperience with Salesforce through internships, coursework, certifications, personal projects, or professional experience.Exposure to JavaScript, Node.js, or cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus but not required.CertificationsSalesforce certifications are strongly preferred.Candidates actively pursuing Salesforce certifications are encouraged to apply.Additional InfoLocation: Brooklyn, NYWork Schedule: In-office, five days per weekInterview Process:Initial screening callTechnical interview
