Office Assistant

*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office. *Duties* - Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence - Maintain office organization and cleanliness - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Greet and assist visitors to the business - Help with Scheduling work and maintain calendars - Assist in creating and organizing documents and reports - Perform basic computer tasks including email management *Qualifications* - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in an office environment is a plus - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.87 - $18.67 per hour Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Detroit Lakes, MN 56501: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
