The Lead Teacher will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate lessons, developing educational plans, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment, fostering strong communication with parents and guardians, and mentoring assistant teachers or staff as needed. Qualifications Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to effectively design and implement educational experiencesStrong expertise in Education and Teaching, with a focus on fostering student growth and developmentDemonstrated ability in Communication to engage with children, families, and colleaguesExperience in Training and mentoring support staff or team membersProfessional certification or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferredPrior experience in a teaching or child care role is beneficialA strong passion for fostering the development and well-being of childrenCommitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive educational environment
