Project Manager, Restaurant Construction

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program. This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the client, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant projects.The Project Manager will manage multi-site restaurant rollout projects, including both ground-up construction and remodel programs, supporting regional or national development initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Location: Candidates must reside in San Antonio, TX or the surrounding area, and travel 50 - 75% to projects across the region. Remote based when not traveling.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple QSR ground-up construction projects simultaneously across a regional territoryOversee preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and schedulingAct as the owner’s representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendorsMonitor project progress to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achievedReview construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposalsManage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reportingLead punch list completion and project closeoutProvide regular project reporting and proactive risk managementQualifications5–10 years of construction project management experienceExperience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programsQSR or commercial kitchen construction experience strongly preferrerdProven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projectsStrong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, or similarAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced rollout environmentAbility to travel 40–60% regionallyAbout SevanSevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business that provides construction, program management, real estate & site development, and architecture & engineering services for restaurant, grocery, fuel and convenience store, retail, and government sectors nationwide.
