Makes sure that there is a smooth interaction between the Client, Field Office, and Field Crews with regard to the projects Layout needs.This position will support a large highway construction project Orlando, FL.Responsibilities including but not limited to:Adhere to company policies and ensure that employees follow proceduresPlan daily activities to meet productivity goalsPlan and execution of surveysWatch over the operation field projects, which includes logistic and administrative aspects, in cooperation with the Project managerEnsure that the project progresses according to contractCoordinate Survey needs between Projects and Field CrewsReview Contract Drawings/In House drawings prior to distribution to Field CrewsCompile RFI's For DiscrepanciesManage As-BuiltsCheck/Track field data for accuracy and completenessCarry out job duties while maintaining Lane valuesAnd other duties as assignedQualifications:2-3 Years supervisory position5 Years construction experienceTerra model and TBC experienceGPS and Robotic Trimble system preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple jobs/crewsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word#lilanerrLane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
