Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact, greeting and hosting all guests, coordinates front-desk activities, and distributes general corporate employee correspondence and phone calls at our downtown office. The Receptionist is also responsible for maintaining the shared breakroom and supply areas.
This position is in office Monday- Wednesday 9am-4pm at our Ross Tower headquarters location.
Daily Tasks and Projects:
Prepare for office meetings, as needed, including the printing of handouts, presentations, and other resources
Maintain break room and front reception areas, ordering and restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing, and hosting guests
Assist in onboarding tasks such as ordering access cards, parking passes, booking welcome luncheons, and distributing supplies
Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues
Assist with planning and execution of office events, parties, and retreats
Oversee general inquiry telephone services, e-mail correspondence, and mail distribution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Required Education, Certification, or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative and clerical experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
