Job DescriptionFishing Specialist Manager An established, highly reputable, outdoor activity retail establishment has an opportunity for you to contribute to the strategic development of this organization. Our reputation is built on quality, personalized service, and attention to detail.Reporting to the owner, the fishing manager will be responsible for all operations, inventory, and marketing function of two stores. Must have prior fishing experience on the west coast as well as a strong management background to be considered.Essential Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring retail sales, and providing service to customers who need to purchase items such as a fishing pole, bait, as well as guns and shooting productsRemains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training; conducts product demos to entire staff.Essential QualificationsExtremely well versed in fishing, hunting, competitive shooting.Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and procession firearmsProficiently use equipment such as basic hand tools, receiving and cleaning equipment.Our company is an equal opportunity employer with a drug-free workplace.
