The Retail Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring retail displays are well-stocked and appealing. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and contributing to the retail team’s overall success by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.QualificationsProficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge related to consumer goods and servicesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to meet and exceed client expectationsEffective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionallyAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain organized and visually appealing displaysBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing inventory trackingExperience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is advantageous
