Restructuring Attorney

This is an exclusive role with a top global law firm looking to bring on a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.This group sits at the intersection of private equity, asset management, and insolvency, advising on sophisticated, high-stakes matters across industries.You'll work closely with a leading partner in the space on:Complex restructuring & reorganization mattersRepresenting institutional creditors, bondholders, and strategic investorsAdvising on distressed asset acquisitionsSupporting debtor-side representations (DIP situations)Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional restructuringsThe team regularly works with top-tier clients including major private equity sponsors and asset managers (e.g., Apollo and similar platforms).Experience in corporate / restructuring / finance / special situationsExposure to bankruptcy or insolvency mattersJudicial clerkship experience (Delaware or bankruptcy courts strongly preferred)Why This Role:Direct exposure to headline restructuring dealsOpportunity to work on complex, cross-border mattersHigh level of responsibility and client interaction early on
