You will be given the means and mentorship needed to succeed, and your creativity will be rewarded.About the PositionDexis is recruiting a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate professional services support for an opportunity with the Army focusing on operations analysis, modeling, simulation, tools and scenario development, wargaming, experimentation, technical reporting, and security and facility support.The Senior PM is responsible for ensuring all contract requirements, task orders, and performance standards are met across program locations, while maintaining effective coordination with the Government's Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).This position is based in White Sands Missile Range, NM or Fort Bliss TX and is contingent upon contract award. Top Secret Clearance is required.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day administration of the contract and manage the relationship with the clientPlan, direct, and oversee execution of all task orders supporting the Army's Analysis Center's analytical, engineering, modeling and simulation, scenario development, technical reports, and security support missions.Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectationsParticipate in post-award conferences, coordination meetings, technical reviews, and periodic progress meetings.Provide monthly contract progress briefings and written status reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).Proactively identify risks, issues, and performance concerns and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Government.Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring all services and deliverables meet contract performance standards.Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all contract outputs, including analytical products, reports, and program documentation.Qualifications 10 years minimum experience5 years of experience as a PM for contracts supporting the U.S. Army5 years of experience in operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development3 years as a U.S. Government contractorExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.Experience creating stability and security for large teamsTop Secret ClearancePreferred QualificationsService with the Army or another branch of the Military10 years of PM experience10 years of operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development10 years of management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnelDemonstrated experience with risk mitigation planningStrategic, big picture thinkerFamiliarity supporting growth of the employer with U.S. Government contractsDexis is on a mission to help solve today's most pressing global political, social, and economic challenges and create a world where all people are safe and prosperous.
