Intermediate Help Desk Technician
FedTec is looking for an Intermediate Help Desk Technician/System Administrator support . This role provides hands-on technical support across infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments, ensuring seamless IT service delivery.Location: Ft. Belvoir, Virginia(Onsite)Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+CEClearance : Minimum of Active SecretPrimary ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and providing technical support for Desktop computers, printers, and associate electronic devicesProvide problem resolution and consultation services for local and remote usersDocument and report all trouble tickets utilizing Computer Associates (CA) Help Desk softwareReceive, delegate, manage, respond to and resolve user service requestsCreate/manage workstation accounts in Active DirectoryInstall/Configure software as requiredImage and configure new and existing workstations as requiredSupport Life-Cycle Management - IOM workstations at multiple locations Basic Qualifications6+ years of experience providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Support Services troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in mixed environments that include workstations & laptops (SIPR, NIPR), servers, mobile devices, perpherals, and A/V equipment.Extensive working knowledge of: Active Directory, Operating System (OS) delivery methods (SCCM etc.), Defense Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO), Tiered Help Desk Approach, Work ticket tracking solutions (CA ticketing system and/or Remedy)When You Join FedTec, You Are Joining a Family!
