Location: Flexible / Based in the U.S. with regular travel to project sitesPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, large-scale LED deployments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the AV industry, particularly with large LED display systems, and will be comfortable coordinating across structural, electrical, mechanical, and media system disciplines.This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completionCoordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including:Structural mounting systemsElectrical power distributionMechanical integrationLED display systemsMedia playback systemsManage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plansServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clientsCoordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teamsTrack and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelinesConduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadershipSupport site coordination during installation and commissioning phasesManage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reportsTravel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordinationRequirements10+ years of project management experience within the AV or display technology industryDemonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deploymentsStrong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including:Structural systemsElectrical infrastructureMechanical integrationLED display technologyMedia playback and control systemsExperience managing multiple concurrent projectsStrong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailAdvanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partnersWillingness to travel regularly to project sites, domestic and international up to 30%Must have a valid drivers licensePreferred QualificationsExperience working with large, complex LED installationsExperience coordinating with general contractors and construction teamsPMP certification or similar project management credentialExperience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting programs (AutoCAD)Key AttributesDetail-oriented and highly organizedStrong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersComfortable working in complex technical environmentsProactive problem solver with strong decision-making skillsAble to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility projectsBenefitsAll benefits start on first day of employment!75% employer-paid medical for employee.
