We are a growing, client-focused boutique family law firm dedicated exclusively to family law. We pride ourselves on strong advocacy, professionalism, and providing exceptional client service. We are seeking a motivated family law associate attorney to join our team. Our office is in Katy, and we practice in all surrounding counties. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role will be ideal for a driven attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a respected family law practice. For this position, we are looking for an associate attorney who will handle family law cases from the initial consultation to closing of the case. This will involve drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, communicating directly with clients, opposing counsels, and the court, attending mediation and representing our clients in court, among other related tasks. The role involves contested litigation, so we need a go-getter ready to jump right in to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will have some family law experience; however, we encourage entry-level attorneys to apply as well; entry-level may be acceptable for the right candidate. We will provide training and guidance. Salary is competitive based on your experience.
