Machine Learning Engineer

Overview In this role you will help build an AI Platform that delivers enterprise-grade ML capabilities, focusing on agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG to impact HR and Finance workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to train, deploy, and manage ML models at scale, and to design APIs and services with Docker/Kubernetes. You’ll stay at the cutting edge of AI techniques, applying them to large datasets and real-world problems. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role that shapes how Workday delivers transformative AI features.
