B2CAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Trustee to join its Board. The successful candidate will be part of a philanthropic organization that has a strong focus on sustainable livelihoods, education, and reducing inequality. The role is unremunerated, with the Foundation covering travel costs and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The Trustee will be expected to attend 4 board meetings per year, engage in preparation work, and have the opportunity to represent the Foundation at various events. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional presence in the US or Asia Pacific region, with established networks and a deep understanding of the philanthropic, governance, and regulatory landscape. Leadership experience, particularly within a corporate or family foundation, and a proven track record in fundraising, especially through corporate partnerships, are essential.Applicants for the Trustee position at the company should be highly motivated, dynamic, and strategic leaders. The role requires a strong understanding of the intersection between philanthropy, brand, and commercial objectives, as well as the ability to advocate, engage, and amplify the Foundation's work to new audiences. An international outlook and the ability to support global charitable efforts are also key.
