Youth Cheerleading Instructor - Arlington/Marymount
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable instructors who enjoy working with kids! You will help children build confidence and learn the basics of cheerleading in a fun, positive environment.
What You Will Need
Experience working with children
Comfort in an athletic or recreational setting
Basic knowledge of cheerleading (we provide curriculum and training)
Punctuality, professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
Reliable transportation to and from school sites
Availability between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on weekdays
What You Will Do
Lead or assist after-school cheer classes at local elementary schools
Run high-energy sessions focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building
Manage and transport your assigned equipment bag
Engage kids in grades K-6th
Ensure every child is safely dismissed before leaving
Pay and Growth
Starting pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience
Top rate of $30/hour for returning, experienced coaches
Work Environment
Part-time, typically 1-3 days per week
Classes have 10-20 kids
Mandatory training
Background check and fingerprinting mandatory
