You'll support students throughout the admissions process while building online content that drives new interest and engagement across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Admissions & Student OutreachServe as the first point of contact for prospective studentsRespond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in personGuide applicants through the admissions process — from inquiry to enrollmentMaintain accurate records of student leads and progressCoordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth onboarding and communicationSocial Media & MarketingDevelop and post content daily across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and moreHighlight upcoming classes, student spotlights, and school eventsCreate graphics and videos using tools like Canva or CapCutTrack analytics to improve reach and engagementHelp build campaigns that boost enrollment and brand visibilityQualifications:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in admissions, student services, or customer serviceProven ability to manage and grow social media accountsFamiliarity with Canva, video editing tools, or basic design softwareOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitaskingBilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plusA passion for education and helping others succeedPosition Details:Part-time or Full-time (flexible schedule available)Primarily on-site at our Midlothian campus , with occasional travel to meet with prospective students and community partnersCompensation based on experience
