Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description The Office Administrator supports daily office operations during a busy peak season, ensuring information flows smoothly between multiple teams and departments. This role offers hands-on exposure to various business functions and provides a strong foundation in administrative, communication, and professional skills while contributing directly to day-to-day business needs.Responsibilities Collect, organize, and summarize data from multiple teams and departments to support ongoing business activities.Prepare, generate, and distribute accurate reports to internal groups on a regular and ad hoc basis.Communicate clearly and professionally with various teams to gather information, clarify requests, and share timely updates.Maintain and update general office logs, records, and documentation to ensure information remains current and accessible.Support team members across departments by completing delegated administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.Perform data entry and filing tasks to keep digital and physical records organized and up to date.Learn and adapt to different workflows, processes, and shifting priorities throughout the office.Ensure timely and accurate distribution of information to support collaboration and informed decision-making.Provide general clerical and administrative assistance, including managing emails, using Microsoft Outlook, and supporting office management needs.Deliver courteous and professional customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Essential Skills Experience in office, administrative, or customer-facing roles preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse groups.Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and apply feedback constructively.High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Comfort with data entry and handling information accurately and confidentially.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to support multiple teams.Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in office administration, administrative assistance, or office management.Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document organization.Familiarity with Excel data entry and basic spreadsheet functions.Customer service experience in any industry setting.Comfort working with general administrative tools and systems.Interest in developing transferable skills in communication, organization, and data management.Motivation to grow professionally through hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily desk-based in a professional office setting, with most work performed on a computer using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. The position involves occasional walking around the office to distribute reports and share information with various teams. The work is not physically demanding and is suitable for candidates from a wide range of industry backgrounds. The schedule follows standard weekday hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., within a collaborative and active team environment, especially during the peak season.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Winchester, KY.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
