This role requires strong typing accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-speed manual data entry and verification from hardcopy documents.Validate automatically classified digital documents and extracted data.Review and validate automated redactions on digital files.Enter and index metadata from digital documents accurately.Conduct quality control checks on scanned and converted digital documents.Validate incoming check data and reconcile batch totals.Process check amount distributions according to customer requirements.Analyze and correct document classification, extraction, and redaction exceptions.Review checks and supporting documentation for proper payee information, signatures, and valid dates.Generate Check Return Letters when required according to company procedures.Research and resolve discrepancies related to check distributions and account allocations.Compare hardcopy documents against digital versions to ensure quality accuracy.Meet production and accuracy standards established by management.Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.Adapt to changing priorities and procedures while maintaining productivity.Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency and attention to detail.Support additional operational duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of related data entry, document processing, or clerical experience.Strong keyboarding and 10-key skills required.Comfortable working with computers and digital document systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.Benefits: (employee contribution)Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
