What You'll Do As a caregiver, you'll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)Helping with mobility and safe transfersMeal preparation and nutritional supportMedication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryProviding companionship and emotional supportTransportation to appointments and errandsSupporting clients living with Alzheimer's or dementiaDocumenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare appFollowing safety and infection-control procedures Qualifications 18 years or older Dependable, responsible, and professional Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks) Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks) Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Schedule Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Flexible Hours to Fit Your Life Reporting To: Management & CNA Supervisor A Rewarding Career Starts Here This is more than just a paycheck - it's an opportunity to change lives, build meaningful relationships, and bring comfort and joy to people who truly need you.
