Apply today.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a multi-year AI/ML and Data Science product vision for Renewable Automation & Control and T&D software solutions, aligned with emerging technologies and regulatory requirementsLead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Product Managers, embedding agile methodology, product lifecycle best practices, and go-to-market disciplineDrive Proof of Concept (POC) projects with strategic customers and partners - translating outcomes into scalable, market-ready productsAccelerate adoption of cloud computing, GenAI, edge computing, and machine learning frameworks within grid automation and energy management platformsChampion technical pre-sales across the USA - delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and developing whitepapers and competitive intelligenceCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, regional delivery, sales, and customer success teams to ensure high-quality, on-schedule software deliveryOptimize monetization models - pricing, licensing, and KPIs - to maximize customer adoption and product profitabilityEngage utilities, regulators, and industry stakeholders to anticipate grid modernization trends and cybersecurity requirements Required Qualifications 18+ years of progressive experience in technology, engineering, or product roles - or equivalent combination of education and experience15+ years leading Technical Product Management in Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, or T&D Automation & ControlDemonstrated success driving AI, ML, and Data Science product portfolios from ideation through commercial launchProficiency with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern software delivery practicesProven technical pre-sales experience : solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and enterprise customer engagementBachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (advanced degree a plus)US work authorization required - visa sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications Hands-on familiarity with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or grid automation software platformsKnowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards in energy environmentsExperience with SAFe Agile or scaled agile delivery across distributed, global teamsAdvanced degree (MS or MBA) in a technical or business disciplinePrior engagement with US utility companies, ISOs, or energy regulators Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $200,000 - $230,000/yearAnnual performance bonus (eligible)Full benefits package - medical, dental, and visionRelocation assistance available for the right candidateGlobal impact - influence energy infrastructure across 600+ plants in 24,000+ person organizationDirect CTO visibility and executive-level ownershipWork at the forefront of clean energy, digital transformation, and grid modernization Work Environment & Culture We operates at a rare intersection: the urgency of the global energy transition meets the discipline of world-class engineering.
