Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pmJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to perform maintenance tasks on production equipment and building facilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building facilities.Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Install new equipment as needed.Demonstrate a working knowledge of PLC systems, with Fanuc Controls being desirable.Possess a background in robotics; capability in reading and wiring electrical schematics.Handle wiring for 480-volt circuits of motors and controls.Have knowledge of metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and other high-speed assembly equipment.Basic QualificationsPossess a two-year technical degree or higher.Minimum of four years of experience in a maintenance position.Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including creating work orders and documenting work performed.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a cross-functional team in the manufacturing process.Commitment to continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during shutdowns.LocationThis position is located in [City, State], a vibrant area known for its diverse culture and thriving industry.BenefitsPEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
