As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Restaurant Manager with directing and organizing the activities and services of our food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, room service, and coffee shops. Your leadership will help ensure that we deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Key Responsibilities: Operations ManagementAssist in managing day-to-day operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, profitability, marketing initiatives, and budgeting and forecasting. Team LeadershipSupport in monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, conducting counseling, evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards. Quality AssuranceAssist in evaluating product and service quality, guest satisfaction, and addressing issues to make improvements as necessary. ComplianceEnsure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Marketing & UpsellingAssist in implementing marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage services, maximizing overall revenue. Recruitment & TrainingParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members. Management SupportAct in the absence of the Restaurant Manager when needed.
