Product Marketing Manager
About the RoleAs Product Marketing Manager, you will support the growth of MCO’s compliance platform by helping bring new capabilities and solutions to market. Working closely with the Director of Product Marketing, you will help execute positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs that drive demand, sales engagement, and revenue growth.You will partner cross-functionally with product management, demand generation, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for financial-services compliance professionals.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, content, launches, and sales enablement.ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning & MessagingSupport development of clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for MCO’s compliance platform and product modules.Translate product capabilities into value-based messaging aligned to compliance buyers such as Chief Compliance Officers, Compliance Operations leaders, and Control Room teams.Maintain product messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across marketing and sales materials.Go-to-Market ExecutionHelp execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates, and platform enhancements.Coordinate cross-functional launch activities with product management, demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement teams.Ensure product messaging is reflected across campaigns, website content, and marketing programs.Sales EnablementDevelop and maintain sales enablement materials including:product overviewscompetitive battlecardsuse-case presentationsbuyer-persona contentPartner with sales and solution consulting teams to gather feedback and refine messaging.Demand Generation SupportWork with demand generation and field marketing teams to support campaigns, ABM programs, and industry initiatives.Provide product insights, messaging, and assets that improve conversion and pipeline generation.Market & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor the RegTech and financial-services compliance technology landscape.Support competitive analysis and maintain competitive positioning materials.Provide insights on emerging compliance trends that influence product messaging and marketing strategy.Content & Customer Story DevelopmentPartner with content and marketing teams to develop customer-focused materials including:solution briefsuse-case contentblog postscase studiesHelp translate product value into compelling customer stories and thought leadership.Experience and Skills4–7 years of product marketing, product management, or related experience in SaaS or B2B technology.Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives in a cross-functional environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.Experience creating sales enablement and marketing assets that support enterprise sales cycles.Analytical mindset with the ability to use market insights and performance data to refine messaging and programs.Familiarity with financial services, compliance, risk, or RegTech markets is a strong plus.Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative environments with global teams.Success MetricsSales enablement adoption and feedbackProduct launch effectivenessContribution to pipeline through campaigns and product initiativesCompetitive win-rate insightsMessaging adoption across marketing and sales channelsAbout MCO (MyComplianceOffice) MCO is a global leader dedicated to empowering Financial Services firms to manage compliance programs with ease and efficiency.
